§ 10-1-27. SKATEBOARDING ON SPECIFIED MUNICIPAL PROPERTY.

- (A) For purposes of this section, a SKATEBOARD shall be defined as a platform mounted on wheels and propelled by human power; skateboarding shall be defined as the use of a skateboard.(B) It is unlawful for any person to ride or to propel a skateboard upon specific municipal property to include the grounds and sidewalks of the city hall complex and the public library/community center.(C) Skateboarding shall only be permitted on those municipal properties where permitted under city parks regulations.(Prior Code, § 10-1-27) Penalty, see Vol. I, § 1-1-11
