§ 1-1-22. PETITION APPLICANTS AND CIRCULATORS; ELIGIBILITY.

(A) Nomination and recall petitions. All applicants for nomination and recall petitions for Mayor and Council shall be residents and a qualified elector of the city.
(B) Initiative and referendum petitions. All applicants and circulators of initiative and referendum petitions shall be eligible to be a qualified elector of the State of Arizona.
