§ 3-2-5. DIVISIONS WITHIN THE DEPARTMENT.

(A) There are hereby created within the Department of City Clerk the division of licensing and sales tax collections.
(B) Any division superintendents and section heads shall be appointed and removed by the City Clerk, subject to ratification of the City Manager and the provisions of Vol. I, Article 3-10 as it now exists, or may hereafter be amended.
