§ 6-2-4. CONDITIONS AND DURATION OF IMPOUNDMENT.

The Enforcement Officer shall keep all captured and impounded animals in a safe, convenient and comfortable place, and shall feed them as necessary and treat them in a humane manner during the time they are impounded. The duration of impoundment shall not be less than 3 consecutive business days, unless sooner claimed by the owner.
