§ 2-6-2. APPLICABILITY.

Condominium and condominium conversion is subject to the regulations as described by A.R.S. Title 33, Chapter 9, Condominiums, and Title 9, Chapter 6.2, Municipal Subdivision Regulations. The creation of a condominium form of ownership for properties shall be through the subdivision platting process. There must be a minimum of 4 units in order to qualify for a condominium through subdivision platting.
